The Blackadder actor, 67, married Elliott, 36, in 2015, having met at a friend's house. Stephen has been open about their 30-year age gap, and previously said that although he knew 'pretty much straight away that this was someone I wanted to spend the rest of my life with', he wondered if Elliott thought the same because 'he's got rather a lot more [life to go than me]'.
