A California realtor is considering legal action after being accused of stealing a ring at a Pilates studio. Sydney La Day said she was left humiliated by the ordeal that happened inside a Hotworx studio in Belmont after an employee accused her of the theft. In a TikTok that has since gone viral, La Day documented the interaction between her and an employee of the chain, known only as Neil, that she says racially profiled her.
