Billy Ray Cyrus might have had an achy breaky heart scrolling his social media Monday. The veteran country singer-songwriter, 62, was panned over his outing at the Liberty Ball at the Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. for the inauguration of President Donald Trump. The Flatwoods, Kentucky native was targeted by social media users over issues including the authenticity of his performance -which itself appeared to be plagued with technical difficulties, which also impacted performer Carrie Underwood Monday.
