Patrick Gibson also sees the resemblance between himself and Michael C. Hall. The 29-year-old Dexter: Original Sin star spoke to PEOPLE at the show's premiere in New York City on Thursday, Dec. 11 about following in Hall's footsteps and the striking resemblance between himself and the original Dexter Morgan. Gibson revealed that the actors' resemblance "definitely came up" on set. "I feel very lucky to resemble him somewhat," he said.
