Scottish DJ Jack Revill, who went by the name Jackmaster, has died. He was 38. According to a statement shared by his family on Instagram, Revill died on Saturday morning, Oct. 12, in Ibiza following complications from "an accidental head injury." "His family — Kate, Sean and Johnny — are utterly heartbroken. While deeply touched by the overwhelming support from friends, colleagues and fans, the family kindly requests privacy as they navigate the immense grief of this devastating loss," the family's statement said.
