A Utah mother told her daughters their family would be 'financially screwed' if they reported alleged sexual abuse imposed by their own stepfather, it is alleged/ Randi Heather Norris, 39, from Springville, is now facing charges of child abuse with injury - intentional or knowing, obstruction of justice, first-degree felony conduct and tampering with a witness, ABC 4 reported. One of the victims reported to the Division of Child and Family Services that she was sexually abused multiple times by her stepfather, Jason Wong, 39, who has been in a relationship with their mother for a decade.
